Great First Layer Adhesion: **Do Not sand the PEO bed to avoid permanent damage.**This Double sided build plate is compatible with most 3d printer material, such as PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, etc. No glue, No tap, An Appropriate Z axis is very important, if too low causing a filament buildup and scratch the print bed. Too high the prints come off the hotbed. Turn OFF the cooling fan and Slow down the speed to 10-25mm/s when going on the first layer. Adding brims and DRY filaments also greatly help.
BulletPoint3 : 3. Quality security: FYSETC 100% official, made of high-quality spring steel, the flexible Steel PEI Sheet won't kink or warp when flex. It can stick well to the magentic hotbed, can resist high strength no deformation. The Smooth PEO surface has a high temperature resistance of 100℃/212℉(Not suitable for ABS) and the Textured PEI side can stand high temperature up to 190°C/374℉. Please note: Not scratch the build plate with the printing nozzle directly to avoid scorching the surface.
BulletPoint4 : 4. Wide Compatibility: The PEI Printing Surface can be compatible with PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, PA-CF, WOOD and any other filaments. Different filament has a bed temperature setup, our testing result for your reference: PLA: 50-65℃, PETG: 70-80℃, TPU: 60-70, ABS: 90-100℃. For high-temp required filament ABS, we recommend to print on the Textured PEI surface, NOT on the Smooth PEO side.

Features: One plate gives two different printing experience just by flipping it over. One side is smooth PEO plate, the bottom of the printed model is smooth, and the model is easy to remove and clean. The other side is PEI frosted plate surface, presenting the frosted sticker surface a distinctive frosted touch, provides greater adhesion to the model and prints without warping.
High Resistance: The smooth PEO printing plate surface is resistant to high temperature 100℃/212℉ and the PEI sheet coating is 190℃/374℉.
Note: If for high temperature 3d printing filament ABS, please print it on Textured PEI Surface. For different 3d printer materials, Here're hot bed temperature for your reference: PLA 50-65℃（122-149℉); PETG 70-80℃（158-176℉); TPU 60-70℃（140-158℉); ABS 90-100℃(194-212℉). Please use the recommended/usual nozzle and hotbed temperature for printing. If it cannot adhere, please try to change 2 or 3 degrees.
Easy to Use and Remove: No more tape, 3d printing glue or shovel, prints can be easily removed by hand once the build plate surface has cooled. For large models, just slightly bend the build plate at different directions to pop your prints right off.
Easy to maintain: Better to clean it before or after a new printing. If residuals on the surface, print a larger sample model to cover it, then remove the model along with residual.
