Yes. Only a registered user can shop at Cart2India. A registered user can choose a password for their account so that when they return to Cart2India in the future, our system will remember their shipping address and preferred mode of payment. This will save them from the trouble of having to fill those in again. The password can also be used to make changes to the order and account information. As with all passwords, do ensure to choose something you’ll remember the next time you want to place an order. While choosing a password, please remember that passwords are case sensitive and must be a minimum of 6 characters. Passwords should be guarded carefully. Remember, accounts can be accessed by anyone who knows the password.
You can make payments to Cart2India using Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net Banking
Cart2India does not have an installment scheme. However, you may contact your credit card issuing bank to convert your purchases into Easy Monthly Installments.
Cart2India does not collect or store your credit card account information. This information is used as an input directly on the Payment screen of the Payment Gateway, authorized by your credit card issuing company.

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Cart2India. Prices include all applicable shipping fees and custom duties. Government levied Octroi charges are applicable only in certain parts of Maharashtra. The Octroi charge is decided as per the government regulations and has to be paid to the courier service at the time of delivery.
We do not hold stocks of any products. We attempt to process every order within 24 hrs. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the purchaseprocess.
Imported Catalogue - We back order your purchase with our suppliers across the world. Our standard delivery timeline is 14 days for Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad & Bangalore) and 16-20 days for Tier II cities. This is to allow time for international shipping.
Domestic Catalogue – We back order your purchase with our suppliers in India. Our standard delivery timeline is 5 days for Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad & Bangalore) and 8 days for Tier II cities.
Currently we deliver only within India. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world; however please ensure that the delivery address is within India.
Imported items are shipped by our courier partners which is Chronos Couriers. We also use Blue Dart, TNT, Speed Post & Gati for local shipping depending upon your location and reach.
Yes. You will be receiving an Order Number against every purchase that you make. Once your purchase is shipped from our warehouse, you will also receive a shipping reference number or the courier tracking ID. All communications pertaining to your purchase status would be done through emails. You can also contact our Customer Support Executive to know more about your purchase.
AWB number will be updated on the courier service provider’s website within 24 hours from the time you have been intimated. If you are not able to track the AWB number after 24 hours, please contact our Customer Support Executive to know more about the delivery status
Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner makes attempts to reach you via a phone call and SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to your parcel for 3 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning your parcel to orgin. Once the parcel has been sent back to us, you must wait until it arrives in our Order Processing Center. At this time you will automatically receive an email asking you if you would like us to resend your parcel .We will hold the parcel for you at our Order Processing Center for a week from the time we send you an email. If we do not hear from you in this timeframe we will need to cancel your order and refund as per the refund policy. Please note the shipment cost for resending the parcel will be borne by the customer.
We are unable to make changes to your expected delivery date. Once we receive the stock in our Order Processing Center, the items are sorted and put into parcels for dispatch to our members. During this preparation phase, we are unable to intervene to dispatch your parcel before or after the others.
Imported Catalogue - We share our inventory with our suppliers abroad, where there is a very low possibility of product going out of stock. Also, we rely on our merchants to publish accurate weight of all the products listed, based on which we calculate the shipping cost of your purchase. Merchants sometimes publish incorrect weights, which we know only after the product reaches our warehouse. In such scenarios, we would contact you and take an approval for the difference in price or an alternative product. If you do not wish to incur the additional cost or the alternative product, we will cancel your purchase. Please refer to the refund policy for further information on refunds.
Domestic Catalogue – We share our inventory with our suppliers in India where there is a very low possibility of product going out of stock. In a scenario where the product is out of stock, we will contact you for an alternative product or to cancel your purchase. Please refer to the refund policy for further information on refunds.

Most orders you place on Cart2India enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Imported Catalogue - If you want to modify your purchase, please contact our Customer Support Executive within 24 hours of your purchase only. Domestic Catalogue - If you want to modify your purchase, please contact our Customer Support Executive immediately. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified.
The refund amount will be credited back on your payment method within 5 working days.
Imported Catalogue - Any purchase cancelled by Cart2India due to stock or pricing issues will be eligible for a full refund of the amount through your method of payment. Any cancellation of the purchase by you within 24 hours of order placement will be eligible for a full refund. Any cancellation of the purchase by you after 24 hours of order placement will levy cancellation charges as follows

Domestic Catalogue - Any purchase cancelled by Cart2India due to stock will be eligible for a full refund of the amount through your method of payment. It can take up to 5 days for us to receive your return, depending on your location and the courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and start the process of refund or replacement within 72 hours.

Imported Catalogue – All products come with respective original manufacturer's warranty and most of the manufacturers have authorized service center’s in India. We do not represent any brand or manufacturer. All our products are insured up to your doorstep for damage or for loss in transit for your 100% peace of mind. Any damage should be reported within 1 day of delivery.
Domestic Catalogue – All products come with respective original manufacturer's warranty are serviceable at the corresponding brand's Authorized Service Center(s) in India, unless specified otherwise.
All our items go through stringent quality checks and are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. However, if you still receive a damaged or a defective product, we are extremely sorry. Please contact our Customer Support Executive within 1 day of the delivery and we will resolve the complaint in your favor.
Yes, the following categories of products are restricted / prohibited for import into India. Orders for such products will not be fulfilled by Cart2India. To avoid delays in processing your order, please ensure that your purchase does not include such products.
Effective January 10, 2011 the scope of consumer commodity items that are classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles has been significantly widened and the following products cannot be purchased and exported from the US due to significant restrictions and special handling requirements to transport them by air. To avoid delays in processing your order, please ensure that your purchase does not include such products.
Our product listings are directly controlled by our international suppliers. Their Content Management Team is constantly working on ensuring that only saleable items are listed on the website. However, errors may happen during bulk listing of items. Please contact our Customer Support Executive for any such verification before the purchase.
