ProductDescription : Razorback Technology has pioneered the industry’s first infrared belt temperature gauge for ACTUAL surface belt temperature monitoring. This real-time belt temperature monitoring will allow you to easily avoid damaging temperatures and get more miles out of your belts. The easy-to-read LCD screen displays current belt temperature, as well as the average temperature over the last 60 minutes, and the highest temperature recorded. With this data you can keep an eye out for any red flags related to the condition of your belt from ride to ride. These red flags can include: an increase in average temperature over time, a decrease in time it takes your belt to reach high temperatures, or a sudden spike in real-time belt temperature. The gauge also uses multi-color LED temperature alerts to warn you as your belt reaches temperatures at which heat damage can occur. Are you blowing belts every couple of hundred miles? Use a Razorback Technology belt temp gauge to identify what is causing your belts to prematurely fail by seeing precisely how clutching adjustments affect the speed at which your belt reaches high, damaging temperatures. With the 3.0 Edition gauge we’ve introduced some exciting new improvements to our patent-pending design. We’ve added waterproof connections to the machined aluminum gauge cup and the aluminum housed sensor, making this the first completely waterproof infrared belt temperature gauge for side-by-sides and snowmobiles. This is also our first gauge to feature a sensor quick-release at the clutch cover, perfect for when you have to access your cvt belt or clutches. Installation is a breeze. All you’ll need is a drill, a ½” bit, and a simple power hook up. Fits 2 1/16” gauge clusters/pods and comes with in-dash mounting hardware. Covered by 1 year warranty.
