Compatibility Notice:

1, This USB Type C to 3.5mm Female Aux Adapter requires USB C Device is working at Andriod 4.2, iOS 8.0 or Windows 10  or above. 

2, This adapter supports common wired headphones well, but for original Apple earphone, it supports phone call and listen music only, remote volume control is not supported.  

3, If you face compatibility issues on Android smartphones, please try to open “OTG” feature at phone setting page, it will solve problem at many conditions. For example, Vivo NEX.

4,  If your smartphone has a USB C port together with a 3.5 mm audio port,  this adapter may not support phone calls, for example, Galaxy S8. 

5,  We understand some consumer requires this adapter to work at DJI or Nintendo Device, but in our testing, only listen music feature is working stable, please do notice.
