ProductDescription1 : INTER-BOND Adhesion Promoter was formulated to promote strong adhesion on all automotive plastic surfaces. The product is a unique blend of resin to provide adhesion of coatings and fi llers to polypropylenes/PP, thermoplastic olefins/TPO and most difficult to bond plastics. INTERBOND Adhesion Promoter works with all paint systems. This formulation seals in oils and plasticizers which are integral to any polyolefin substrates. INTER-BOND Adhesion promoter will work on all OEM aftermarket bumper covers as well as interior plastic (i.e. Kick panels, dash pads, door panels). USES: INTER-BOND Adhesion Promoter is used to prepare semirigid substrates for coatings and repair fillers to assure adhesion. Easy to use and does not require but can benefit to prior sanding. This product is isocyanate free.
ProductDescription2 : DIRECTIONS: 1. Wash part thoroughly with soap and water and then dry with a clean cloth. 2. Apply IES Super Cleaning Solvent and dry with a clean cloth. 3. Spray one light coat of 4182 INTER-BOND. 4. Allow approximately 20 minutes drying time, then apply primer or paint within 4 hours. This system will develop adhesion gradually over a 24 hour period. 100% of its adhesion strength will develop within 36 hours.
