We present an AD-IP 12V Air Dryer Assembly with dark gray anodized aluminum castings that meet the compliant standards of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and replaces OEM 065612. It effectively removes moisture and maintains optimal performance with 1/2” NPT supply and delivery ports and 1/4“ NPT control ports that make it both reliable and durable for usage.

Installation & Maintenance Guide

Installation:

• Ensure your truck’s engine is off and brakes are engaged properly, after which you can gather the necessary amount of tools used in replacement.
• Remove the existing air dryer assembly from your truck, which is typically mounted near the air compressor.
• Now you can position the new AD-IP 12V Air Dryer Assembly using the existing mounting holes.
• After the unit is positioned correctly you can secure it with mounting bolts, tightening them to their specific capacity.
• Reconnect the air lines to the corresponding ports (1/2" NPT supply and delivery ports, 1/4" NPT control port) using thread sealant or Teflon tape for a leak-proof connection.
• Finally connect the electrical connectors matching the wires according to the previous configuration.

Maintenance

• Regularly inspect the air dryer assembly for any signs of damage, corrosion, or leaks.
• The recommended replacement interval for the desiccant cartridge will depend on your truck's operating conditions and usage. Consult your truck's service manual or the manufacturer's recommendations for the AD-IP 12V Air Dryer Assembly.
