Compact and Efficient Manual Rewind Reels

Hannay Reels series 1000 is a manual hand crank air or water hose reel for 1/4"", 3/8"" or 1/2"" ID hose. Heavy gauge steel construction finished in a graphite gray durable e-coat base, with a two-coat oven-cured enamel finish to weather the elements. Uses include Pressure Washing, Washdown, Spray Operations or Air.

The Hannay 1000 series reel is lightweight, and compact with an e-coated frame with an adjustable cam-lock-brake that comes standard. It has a direct crank rewind handle that is permanently attached. Comes with exterior mounting holes for easier installation and a field installable pin lock.

Versatile Connections and High Performance

Inlet is a 90 degree balanced pressure swivel joint with 1/2"" female NPT threads. Outlet on the drum of the reel has 1/2"" female NPT threads (can be bushed down to 3/8"" or 1/4"" for smaller hose). This reel can handle pressures to 3000 psi (207 bar) and temperatures from +32 degrees fahrenheit to +400 degrees fahrenheit.
