One piece design provides excellent holding power in nearly all bottoms including mud, sand, rock and coral. Stows easily on a bow roller. Rougher wind conditions or different bottom conditions may require a larger size anchor. This Bruce Claw Force Anchor is very effective in a variety of seabed conditions. This anchor sets and resets quickly. The single piece design allows the anchor to remain stable under a wide range of tide and wind conditions. This design is based on anchors used to secure oil rigs in the North Sea. AISI 316 stainless is a premium grade of stainless and is considered by many to be best in class. 316 stainless is corrosion resistant and very durable even in the harshest of conditions.
