Ideal for conveying applications where objects are required to move smoothly & precisely across a surface changing direction without a trail, with minimal effort, our Solid Ball Casters also feature a reinforced machined steel top cap offering protection against impact from misalignment of the conveyed item. Commonly seen in horizontal position, ball up applications creating ‘Ball Tables’ or similar conveying surfaces our MG Series Ball Units allow movement horizontally on all axis as well as rotation on the vertical axis. With a low friction coefficient of 1:0.02 & operating at a speed of up to 3ft/s at temperatures ranging from -22°F to +212°F our Medium Duty Ball Transfer units offer great value for your air-cargo facilities, assembly lines, conveying systems, live storage facility & many other projects!
