Kindly note there may be black spots on the vessel due to forging works, it is not being considered as a defect. To clean, simply hand wash these vessels with use of lime & salt, wood ash.

CareInstructions : Wash at least 2 time with scotchbrite, Pittambari Powder or Wood Ash before use. Wash gently with mild detergents or lime to retain or revive the shine. Recommend to not use steel scrubber. Kansa dinner set is for serving food. Do not place the plate or the katori on the stove. All blackness are gone within 8 to 10 weeks on regular usage. The charcoal finish wears off with usage and gets replaced by the metallic shine for the base.
