ProductDescription : Consolideck First Cut with Densifier is a waterbased blend of surfactants and silicates applied to the concrete surface prior to and during wetgrinding. The formulation is specially designed to penetrate and react with concrete, leaving a harder and denser surface after grinding. By minimizing scratches, First Cut with Densifier reduces the amount of time spent with each metal and lower grit resin-bound diamond tooling, shortening the overall project timeline and extending the life of the diamonds. Using a special blend of surfactants, First Cut with Densifier lifts concrete slurry solids away from the surface, suspends them and clears the path for the diamonds. This keeps the slurry solids from interfering with the ability of the diamonds to remove the concrete surface, increasing efficiency. First Cut with Densifier combines the technologies of surfactants and silicates to perform as both a grinding aid and concrete hardener.
