ProductDescription : Perforated bus tubs are a great way to store freshly washed dishes. This bus tub is perfect for all of your kitchen rinsing tasks. It is commonly used to wash lettuce, rinse off garden produce, thaw meat, shrimp, and other frozen food. This container is also used to drain liquids from foods such as fish, poultry, fruits, vegetables, and more. It nests perfectly on top of our 7″ bus box (sold separately). When stacked, the lower box will hold about 3 inches of liquid. This provides an easy way to soak or rinse your dishes and utensils without using a sink. Just place your items in the tub to soak, and then lift it out when done, allowing the liquid to drain into the lower tub. This omits the chore of taking out the submerged flatware by hand. Empty bus boxes can be stacked and will not stick together, allowing for easy separation. After placing your items inside and covering the bus tubs with our optional reinforced lids, they can also be stacked to save space. These tubs can be used with or without our optional lids which are sold separately. Our perforated bus tubs are used by restaurants nationwide. They are NSF approved and are designed for ease of cleaning. Each bus box we make has an NSF certification mark to assure product quality. These tubs comply with all health inspection laws. These containers are made of 100% high-density polyethylene. This material has a working temperature range of -60°F to 230°F and is not harmed by boiling water or freezing.
