ProductDescription : The Zesugo butt connectors incorporate low-melting solder and heat shrink in its structure, with insulating protection glands to form a sealed connection. Solderless and crimpless, simple operation with a heat gun.

Features:
Dual wall heat shrink tubing: polyolefin tubing outside + hot melt adhesive inside
Shrinkage ratio: 2:1, shrink to 1/2 of the original diameter
Low-melting solder to reinforce and form a long-lasting connection
Four color-coded rings / sizes provide easy identification
Temperature (start to shrink): 80℃
Temperature (solder ring start to melt): 111˚C
Temperature (solder ring melt completely): 138˚C
Temperature (recommend for heat gun): ≈ 400℃ - 600℃ (752°F - 1112°F)

How to Use
1. Strip off the two wires to be connected, and select a matched size of connector.
2. Thread connector to one of the wires, twist the ends of wires together, then move the connector to the middle of bare conductor.
3. Use a hot air gun to heat the connector slowly and evenly until it melt with the wire.
4. Let it cool for a moment and inspect the joint.
