How to Install

1. Screw the bracket fixing bolts into the screw holes on the bottom of the motor, and note that the center of the motor shaft is the same height as the bearing center of the other end of the bracket.

2. Insert and tighten the fixing bolts from the thick end of the drum shaft to the motor shaft end.

3. Place the bearing end of the drum into the bearing housing.

4. Look down on the completed roaster so that the center of the motor shaft is in a straight line with the drum and bearings.

5. Lock the nuts connecting the motor to the bracket.

Notes

1. Please limit the whole baking time to about 25 minutes and the dehydration time to about 10 minutes.

2. If the temperature rises too quickly during baking, it is necessary to turn off the heat intermittently, but please restart the heat before the temperature stabilizes and do not allow the baking temperature to drop.

3. Please select your coffee beans carefully before roasting. Since freshly roasted beans still have some silver skin in them, it is best to cool them in a sink or outdoors. The silver skin will automatically fall through the holes during the shaking and stirring process.

4. We recommend that the product not be used for French or espresso roasting in the home, as the smoky flavor is strong and accompanied by a lot of smoke. When using this product, turn on the ventilation, remove any flammable items from the surrounding area, and try with caution. Due to the fumes generated, we recommend use in a well-ventilated environment such as outdoor baking.

5. Please turn off the fire and turn on the exhaust fan when you have reached the desired level of roasting (turning it on too early may interfere with the determination of aroma and bursting).

6. When the roasting is finished, please wear insulated gloves (not included) and carefully transfer the roaster to the cooling tray.

7. In order not to affect the service life of the motor, the product can not be used for induction cooker or electric stove heating.

8. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
