Directions : To use, fill the 6-inch ice bag with ice and water (no more than 2/3) for cold treatments, or hot water (no more than 2/3, not boiled, 50-60°C) for hot treatments. Use for localized points on adults, or all areas on children and teens. For best results, position the ice bag on the affected area, secure if necessary, and use for recommended durations. Always follow safety precautions, such as not exceeding 60°C water temperature and being careful not to scald when filling with water. Do not use the microwave oven or use the same part for extended periods to avoid low-temperature burns. The ice pack may have frozen water on the outside, which is normal and not a leak.
