Directions : Put the ice pack in the refrigerator for 0-60 minutes. If it feels very cold, take it out and put it in your hat. Place the Head Cool Pack between your head and helmets/caps. Ensure the helmet/cap sits level on the head and all straps lie flat, not twisted. For helmets with a bolt, align the center hole with the bolt for secure placement. Use for 15-20 minutes at a time, with breaks in between. Do not exceed 40 minutes of use in a 24-hour period.
