Notes
1. To prevent the dough and the press plate from sticking together, you can coat them with cooking oil beforehand.
2. Please do not release the handle suddenly, otherwise it will have an impact on the spring and make it less durable.
3. We do not recommend the angle of the operating lever unless it is operated professionally.
4. The maximum height between the press plate and pulling plate is 1.4"/35 mm, so before pressing the dough, please pre-press it to less than 1.4" by hand.
5. Please note that the prepared dough should be soft enough for pressing. Proof it for a long time and apply some edible oil to its surface, then it would be much easier to press. It is also recommended that wrap the pressure plate with a plastic bag or brush the back of the pressure head with oil.
Frequently Asked Questions and Solutions
1. Dough cakes being uneven in thickness: You can change the thicker side to another position and press it again.
2. Dough cakes being not large enough: Enough time should be given to ferment the dough in place, and then you can press it effortlessly. Or you can brush the dough surface with edible oil, the lubrication of which will make it easier to press.
