Operation method:
1. Before running, the machine should be placed on a flat ground.
2. Put the flour into the bucket first, add 50% water to mix, and run for 8-10 minutes.
3. When the machine is running, do not put your hands into the machine. Do not touch the switch with wet hands.
The cover must be closed when the machine is running.
4. Rotate the bucket 90 degrees and take out the dough.
Use and maintenance:
1. Check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the operating voltage of the machine, whether the safety ground wire is reliable, and install a leakage switch.
2. The kneading machine produced by our factory is equipped with a reverse switch. The user can choose the forward and reverse operation according to the production needs to achieve a better kneading effect. However, avoid frequent or rapid changes and face turning during use to avoid damage to the motor and other parts of the body.
3. For single-phase (110V) mixers, note that the voltage deviation of the power supply should not exceed ±5% of the rated voltage. If the power supply voltage is higher than 120V or lower than 100V, the voltage should be adjusted by more than 10% of the rated power of the motor. It can be used for power supply by a converter or a voltage regulator.
4. After the test machine, the standby machine is operating normally, add flour to the noodle hopper and stir (the amount of water can be determined according to the amount of noodles), after the mixing is even, disconnect the power, pull the positioning lock, and turn the box 90°. Take out the dough.
note:
1. Do not reach into the noodle bucket when the machine is running.
2. Do not use spray pipe for cleaning.
3. It is forbidden to mix the dough in reverse.
4. Turn the switch clockwise to stir the dough.
5. Turn the switch counterclockwise to take out the dough.
