ProductDescription : Introduced in 2009, the Omano OM157-T compound microscope has improved optics and design with a handy pull out lamp holder. The microscope includes higher quality, semi-plan objective lenses, the latter providing a higher quality, flatter image with less aberrations. The compensation free, Seindentopf head is inclined at an ergonomic 30° and rotates 360° for convenient use. The four semi-plan, parfocal, parcentered objectives (4x, 10x, 40xS, 100xS oil) are set in a reverse-facing nosepiece for easier slide handling and combine with WF10x/18mm eyepieces for magnification settings include 40x, 100x, 400x and 1,000x. A graduated, double layer stage measures 140mm x 132mm with a 70mm x 30mm range of movement. The stage is controlled by low position, right-hand coaxial controls. Rack and pinion focusing includes graduated coaxial coarse/fine focus controls with slip clutch and rack stop to prevent damage. Illumination is 6V 20W halogen with variable controls and universal voltage. Accessories include yellow and blue filters, dust cover, spare bulb, fuse and manual. Limited Lifetime Warranty.
