Eco Edge's cutting wheels have a higher material removal rate than that of various competitors, ensuring faster results. They are also highly durable and Double Reinforced, so more cuts can be done without changing the wheel to improve efficiency.

We have tested our cutting wheels on major brands of angle grinders and on both steel and stainless steel work-pieces. We have also tested competitors' cutting wheels and found that Eco Edge's wheels have better performance with less burring.

For your safety, make sure to comply with ANSI B7.1 requirements. Wear proper protection when working with cutting wheels, including gloves, safety glasses or protective face shields, and ear protection. Always use a safety guard that is correctly positioned and securely fitted. Never mount a damaged wheel or apply side pressure to Type 27/Type 41 cutting wheels. Maintain the wheels at a 90 degree angle to the work-piece and never exceed the maximum RPM speed.
