Unlike traditional wood and bamboo cutting boards, Epicurean cutting surfaces are dishwasher safe . Light & Easy to Store These cutting boards are lightweight , easy to handle, and designed to withstand everyday use and abuse. They are only 3/16-inch thick, and can easily be stashed away or hung by the utility hook. Heat Resistant Epicurean Kitchen Boards are heat resistant up to 350-degrees , so you can use the surface as a trivet without leaving a blemish. (Not microwave safe. Not for use as cookware.)
