Don’t let the light weight fool you however! Made from tropical Acacia wood, a durable hardwood, this cutting board can withstand big jobs like chopping and accidental drops with no issue. At a full 3/4 inch thick, it won’t easily warp like thinner wood boards.

Chopping juicy fruits or vegetables likes oranges or tomatoes? The outer juice rim (aka juice groove, juice well or drip groove) helps to channel those liquids before they make a mess on your counters. Don’t need it? Simply flip over to the flat side!

Maintenance: All genuine wood cutting boards require a little bit of TLC and ours is no different. Please apply a food grade mineral oil every few months to keep the wood hydrated. This prevents staining and warping. Do NOT use in the dishwasher as this will split and warp the wood.
