Large Wooden Meat Cutting Board by Thirteen Chefs

Carve up a Thanksgiving turkey or Christmas prime rib on this large carving board by Thirteen Chefs. Measuring 24 inches long and 18 inches wide, this board is big enough for just serious chefs, grill masters and BBQ afficionados alike!

Designed specifically for carving meats, this board features multiple juice grooves that contain the drippings and prevent both a messy countertop and cutting board. Unlike other carving boards that feature a shallow juice groove or a thin drip edge that can barely hold any liquids, our board can hold two and a half full cups of drippings (great for making gravy).

Our boards are made from acacia, a beautiful hardwood known for its walnut and teak like coloration and grain. Durable and strong, acacia is a great choice for the kitchen as it is well suited for cutting and chopping. Each board is made from 1-1/2 inch thick strips of wood, ensuring a carving board with a nice heft and weight (10 pounds) that won’t slide while cutting. Easily lift and wash the cutting board using the inset handles at each end of the board.

Not a pure carnivore you say? The reversible design means that the underside of the cutting board is also ready for use. Use the full 24 x 18 inch surface to chop and cut vegetables and fruits or roll dough when a juice groove isn’t needed.
