Audio Guest Book Telephone User Manual

Product Power Supply: Connect the device to a USB power or use 3 AA batteries

Product Installation: Place the handle on the phone, the handle line into "record" and pull the switch to "audio" (at the bottom of the phone).

Record Host Greeting Message

The recording phone has its own greeting message. To record your greeting message, please follow the steps below to change it.

1. Long press the middle setting button for 5 seconds, after hearing the dripping sound, pick up the handle.

2. Start recording your greeting.

3. Please hang up the handle after recording your greeting.

4. Pick up the handle to hear the greeting just recorded.

If you want to record a new greeting message, simply repeat steps 1- 3. You can also connect the phone to your PC and MP3 format file for your greeting message instead of the original file in the "GREETING" folder.

Record Guest Message

To record a guest message, please follow these steps:

1. Pick up the phone handle

2. The recorder automatically plays greeting

3. After hearing the beep, enter the recording mode, where the guest speaks and the recording box records the content in real-time

4. Hang up the phone handle and the recording ends

Your guest message will be saved in the "GUEST" folder.

Read Guest Message

To access your greeting and guest messages, use a USB cable to connect the phone to your PC or iPad.

The "GREETING" folder contains your greeting message and the "GUEST" folder contains your guest message.

In standby mode, briefly press the playback button to enter playback mode

Play the latest recording file (sound will be played from the speaker at the bottom of the device)

Short press the playback button once to switch to the previous recording

After playing this recording, no playback button was detected within 5 seconds. Exit playback mode and enter standby mode

In playback mode, if you lift the phone handle to enter guest message recording mode (please refer to: guest message recording)

LED Light Indicator

The LED light at the bottom of the phone indicates the status of the battery:

Red light on: charging

Red light flashing: low power

Blue light on: working/full power

Use it with your own batteries

Buy 3 AA batteries yourself

Buy lithium-ion batteries with a maximum power of 9V
