It is a well-known fact that wort oxygenation is a critical step in supporting yeast health; producing faster, cleaner fermentations. The NorCal Brewing Solutions Tri Clover Inline Oxygenation / Aeration System not only does a fantastic job of oxygenating wort, it allows insight into what the oxygenated wort LOOKS LIKE as it passes through the included sight glass. Hooking into an existing brewery is simple, as this Aeration System is designed for in-line use with existing 2" Tri Clover / Tri Clamp wort transport setups: Use a 2" Tri Clover Clamp (not included) and gasket (not included) to hook left (intake) side of this Aeration System to the "cold" side of existing brewery setup. Use existing Tri Clover Clamp and Gasket to hook the right (outflow) side of this Aeration System to the remainder of the wort travel path. Use a standard Gas-In ball lock (not included) to hook a regulator-controlled oxygen tank to the bottom (O2 intake) port of this Aeration System. Turn on O2 flow through the regulator. Turn on wort flow through the cold side of the brewery. Using the sight glass as your guide, adjust O2 flow through the oxygen regulator and wort flow through the ball valve to produce desired mix and swirl of oxygen.
