A functional roller tip on the whip in addition to a unique tensioner allow easy one-hand operation.Dockmate Ultimate Whips offer a "plug and socket" design that allows quick and easy separation of the two halves for storage. Ultimate Whips also feature the unique rocker base. These aluminum adjustable bases incorporate a rubber shock absorber into their design for a greater range of movement. When tension is released, the whips will retract into a vertical position, eliminating the need to remove them in order to clear masts, fly bridges, or wake towers.All Dockmate Mooring Whips come as a pair with all necessary lines and hardware to complete installation.
