Tips to Avoid to get broken quail eggs:

1-Stir the eggs until the water boiled, preventing the yolks to one side.

2-Don’t cook the eggs too tender；

☆3The pointed end of the egg faces the roller for easier shelling！

☆4Hot weather or a long time without the use of the machine, due to the characteristics of the hose, the hose may stick together, and lead to the roller

How to use it?

Step 1: Boil the quail eggs

How to cook the eggs: put the quail eggs to the cool water and stir properly (stirring helps prevent the yolks from leaning to one side and causing them to break easily when shelling). Once the water is boiling, then stop stirring to cook another 5 minutes, the time is depending on the number of quail eggs;

Step 2: Cool

Cool the cooked eggs in cold water, pls change the cold water a few times.

Step 3: Crumble the shells

After the quail eggs have been cooked and cooled, place them in a stainless steel basin and cover it with another one, shaking it to break the shells.

Step 4:Soak

Place the shelled eggs in a basin and put some water in it

Step 5: Peel the shells

Turn on the switch, place the quail eggs on the shelling area and gently press the quail eggs. keep the rollers clean and with water on them.  

Step 6 Clean and storage

After using , use water clean ,dry it and store it
