Diamond FX Neon Orange contains certain neon pigments that haven't been tested by the FDA, and is therefore labeled for use on hair and special effects only, and not a cosmetic. Diamond FX Neon Colors are not recommended for use around lips and eyes. Avoid contact with upholstery, carpets and fabric. Comes in 30 gm size.
