ProductDescription : All 304 stainless steel construction. This filter bag housing provides full enclosure of your filter bags. The strainer basket within the housing provides full bag support to prevent blow out or stretching of the media. Pressure and high flow rates may be applied to get the fastest flow through filter bags. Using the housing allows full exhaustion of a bag before a need to change. An easy to turn bolt secures a clamp around the removable top and creates a perfect seal against the top gasket and the bottom housing. Fluid flows in through a 1" NPT port on the top, down through the bag housing and out the bottom side through a 1" port. A 1/2" port on the very bottom of the housing allows for full draining with installation of an elbow and ball valve. The top cover has a 1/4" port for both the pressure gauge and ball valve. Pressure may be monitored while using the ball valve to release air from the top on initial use. The stand legs are welded directly to the bottom of the housing.
