ProductDescription : Introducing the Bouncer Pro-D, our first product designed specifically for professional distillers! Following on the success of the Bouncer Pro, this filter is made of materials compatible with the high alcohol levels of spirits. It also features a 212F /100C operating temperature, so it can be used in hot side mash / wort applications such as protecting the heat exchanger when transferring from the still. When bottling or transferring from barrels, the new 40 micron “super screen” is fine enough to remove tiny-but-unsightly barrel char, carbon particles, insects, etc. so they won’t be seen in the final product. This complete filtration system includes our standard red and blue screens, the 40-micron super screen, and pipe tape.
