ProductDescription : Our Glow in the Dark Hula Hoops are handmade in the USA with high quality materials, so your glow hoop is built to last. This hula hoop is durable, relatively lighter weight (about 10 oz) and was designed for hoop dance, tricks and all around fun. The 1/2" ID polyethylene tubing is hollow and can be filled with rice, rocks, bearings (filler not included) to adjust the weight of your hoop for a slower spin. This hoop can withstand hard play, but your tape job is prone to scuffing when it takes hits to harder surfaces like concrete. This won't effect your hoop's performance though we do recommended that you hoop on softer surfaces like grass or carpet to preserve the life of your hoop's tape job. Happy Hooping!!
