Note: This meat is uncooked; do not consume raw.Directions: Just soak desired amount of beef cubes in cold or warm water for 3 hours and cook thoroughly. (For more flavor, you can rehydrate them in watered down marinade.) Once opened they will last: Up to 1 year in a Zip Lock bag with refrigeration once opened, but not re-hydrated.
