It includes with adapters, flex hoses, fittings, and instructions, and comes in a carrying case. It includes Brass 1/8"-27 NPTx1/4"-18NPT, Brass 1/4" Barbed x 1/4"-18NPT, Aluminum 1/4" & 3/8 Barbed x 1/8-24NPT, and 3 Rubber Hoses 1/4" x 2.5" L, 3/8" x 3.0" L. **Kit not compatible with Bosch, CIS-Jetronic, or GM throttle body systems.**
