Easy to Install:
1. Turn off the gas supply and ensure the control knob is set to off and the grill is cooling.
2. Unscrew the old one from the grill housing and remove it by unplugging the wire leading to the electrode igniter tube.
3. Attach the new electrode wire, screwing it all the way into the front of the grill again.

Barbecue grill igniter troubleshooting methods
1. Check the battery: First make sure the battery is sufficient and installed correctly.
2. Check the ignition module:
A. Check the spark generator for damage or wear that may affect its ability to produce sparks. If necessary, tighten connections and clean connected parts to eliminate corrosion.
B. Use a multimeter to check the electrical output of the module. If it reads low resistance, the module is OK; if it reads open circuit or high resistance, it may be faulty and needs to be replaced.
3. Check the spark igniter button and electrode:
Check the electrodes for dirt or corrosion. If there is dirt or corrosion, clean or replace the electrode to ensure it can conduct current and produce sparks properly.
