It comes pre-seasoned with vegetable oil, meaning it’s ready to press your meats right out of the box. This seasoned press is ideal for all kinds of meat, including chicken, fish, pork, and more. As well as making the press look pretty cool, the spiral steel handle stays cool during use. To preheat your press, place it directly on the gas burner or electric coil of your stove and heat it over medium heat for at least 10 minutes.
