Just like natural shell, no two have exactly the same pattern.< /p>Durable, self-adhesive, and a mere 0.025" thin! They won't dampen tone, or shrink. The edges can be beveled with fine sandpaper. Tortoloid is a handsome material which uses poured resins and dyes to reproduce the color and 3-dimensional depth of antique Hawksbill tortoise shell.
