Notice:
1. ONLY works for USB-C 3.1 and above or thunderbolt 3/4 port interfaces which support “DP Alternate Mode”.
2. This cable does not come with a charing function and cannot be used for file transfer, only supports devices with video output function.
3. The transmission direction of this cable is unidirectional, the USB Type C plug end can only be plugged into the equipment of the video source and the HDMI end can only be plugged into the equipment of the display.
4. It is not recommended to use it with other extension cables or conversion cables. There is a possibility that the picture may not be displayed properly or not displayed due to chips from these intermediary cables are not necessarily compatible with this cable.
5. To achieve 4K or 8K resolution, both the monitor connected to this cable and the video source device themselves need to support 4K or 8K resolution. If the device supports 4K/8K resolution but can't display normally, please check whether the device graphics card driver is the latest one. In addition, individual TVs may need to be set manually to support 4K/8K resolution.
6. This cable is mainly used for video output to monitors, TVs and projectors. Use for car navigation system is not recommended as there is a high possibility of abnormalities occurring, such as images not being displayed or images not being stable.
7. If the HDMI plug generates heat when in use, it is a normal phenomenon if the temperature is within 40-50℃.
8. MacBook series only supports 4K@60Hz at max when connected to any USBC to HDMI cables due to limitations of the macOS system itself.
