How to Use:
1. Put the expansion core into the upper tube of the front fork
2. Tighten the pull rod clockwise with a 6mm/0.2in inner Hex wrench to lock the lifting core
3. Install the stem on the front fork pipe diameter, the of the lifting core is lower than the of the stem. Remember to leave the distance of the headset cover for the stem installation.

4. Tighten the screw clockwise with a 5mm/0.2in inner Hex wrench to tighten the headset cover
