Methods of use

If the experimental system requires more than 400 μL, the tissue can be broken into homogenate and then add reagents to the required volume.
2. Do not grind continuously for more than 10 seconds to avoid destroying the nucleic acid by the heat of the grinder, so you can grind intermittently grind for 2-3 times.
3. During the grinding process, please always hold the test tube in one hand and the tissue grinder in the other, and gently change the position of the grinding head up and down to make the material grind evenly.
