How to Use:
1. Power On: Turn the switch to the on position, the meter will display a certain number.
2. Calibration: Take a grain sample with a water content close to the standard value and test the water content of the variety of grain to be measured by the 105°C drying method, then insert the meter into the pile of grain and adjust the calibration rotation so that the figure agrees with the reading of the water content measured by the drying method. Then remove the meter from the grain. At this time the meter displays a number that is the starting value of the measured variety of grain. (For the sake of accuracy, should take the average of three times as the starting value) But because of the different food producing regions and varieties of food, the same kind of food starting value will be some up and down fluctuations, should be 105 ℃ drying method of calibration shall prevail.

Notice:
1. After each use of the meter, turn off the power and wipe the meter clean and store it in a dry and cool place. If not used for a long time, the battery should be removed to avoid erosion of the instrument.
2. The meter should not be disassembled or uninstalled indiscriminately. If any malfunction occurs, it should be repaired by contacting with the factory.
3. After half a year of using the instrument, if you find that the digital indication is not accurate, or the correction is not the starting value, you should replace the battery. When replacing the battery, remove the battery cover of the back shell
