Directions1 : Mold Removal: The PermaSafe Mold Elimination and Prevention Treatment is designed to be used as one component of a comprehensive HVAC and Air Duct maintenance program. The purpose of such a program is to assure that HVAC Systems and Air Ducts function in the manner they were designed to; remain free from mold, mildew, bacteria, and other microbial growth and contamination; and continue operating in that condition.


Directions2 : This product should only be used in those cases where visible microbial growth has been detected in the system, and then only after removing that growth and identifying and correcting the conditions that led to the growth.


Directions3 : MPORTANT: Prior to cleaning, removing, treating or otherwise initiating any measures to remediate mold, mildew or other microbial contamination in HVAC Systems or Air Ducts, you should consult, and must comply with the approved industry standards and guidelines.


Directions4 : STEP-1 To Clean Surfaces: Remove any heavy soils, loose dirt, corrosion and other debris. Spray surface and wipe clean. Let air dry. No rinsing required. To Kill Fungus, Mold and Mildew on Pre-Cleaned Hard, Non-Porous Surfaces: Spray or fog STEP-1 onto surface until thoroughly wet. For effective control of mold, mildew and fungus Trichophyton Interdigitale, allow surface to remain wet for 10 minutes. No rinsing or wiping is required. To Disinfect Pre-Cleaned, Hard, Non-Porous Surfaces: Spray or fog STEP-1 onto surface until thoroughly wet. Allow surface to remain wet for 5 minutes, or 10 minutes for virus inactivation (refer to the Microorganism Kill List for contact times). Allow surfaces to remain wet for 10 minutes for Mycobacterium bovis-BCG (Tuberculocidal) disinfection.


Directions5 : Directions for Use, STEP-2 To Inhibit the Growth of Bacteria, Mold, Mildew, Fungi & Algae, for up to 3 Months: Apply STEP-2 by spraying or fogging onto pre-cleaned, dry surface, making sure surface is completely covered. Let stand until dry, or let stand for 3 minutes and wipe dry with cloth or sponge.
