Instructions :

1. Soak the oilstone in water for about 15 minutes first.
2. Grind in one direction with even force, preferably at an angle of 10% -20%.
3. After sharpening the knife, do not scrape off the mud or paste. There is water that can sharpen the knife even sharper.
