It is waterproof (IP68 rated) and fully submersible to a depth of 1 meter, thanks to water-tight wire glands and a pressure fit gasket (installation tip: must be tightened in a star pattern) - but due to its efficient heat dissipation, it can also be used on land or in-grade.
BulletPoint3 : LED BULB INCLUDED - The included 5W (30W halogen equivalent) Adjustable Beam Angle LED MR16 Bulb produces 400 lumens of 2700K warm white light. Simply turn the lens to set the beam angle at 20 degrees (narrow), 40 degrees (flood) or 60 degrees (wide flood) as needed for your specific application. This bulb is easy to change if needed unlike competitors integrated LED fixtures that must be completely replaced when they burn out.
BulletPoint4 : LOW VOLTAGE - A 4-foot 18AWG lead wire is included. As with all 12V fixtures, a low voltage transformer (not included) is required for operation.
