The Brining Bag (24 x 20.25-inches, extra-thick 80-micron food-safe plastic, hand wash) with leak-proof zipper and large handles securely holds and transports turkey and brining liquids. Brining ensures tender, juicy, flavorful results when oven roasting lower-fat meat. The Flavor Injector (18/8 stainless steel, polycarbonate, nylon, holds 1.5-ounce, hand wash) adds flavor under the surface for tender, tasty turkey. Inject broth, stock, au jus, citrus juices, and marinades directly where needed. The Turkey Lacers (x6 reusable stainless steel pins, single-use cotton butcher twine) hold turkey together and secure stuffing inside. Insert the pins across the cavity and lace it closed with the butcher’s twine. Once cooked, pull pins to release twine. The Pop-Up Timers (x2, made in USA, BPA-free nylon, stainless steel, disposable, single-use) release a visible red stem when internal temperature reaches 180-degrees Fahrenheit. Insert a timer into the thickest part of the breast, 2-inches from center at 90-degree angle, and cook.
