The BML Full Foot Lifts are simple devices developed for the purpose of lifting and cushioning the foot. Provides excellent shock absorbtion and can be stacked for a custom amount of lift. The 2mm lifts have additional material that can be trimmed off and used to build up specific areas of the lift for a custom fit. These lifts are easily cut to size with sharp scissors, so order a little bit bigger than you think you need and trim to fit your shoe. A good way to decide which lift you need is to practice fitting with some paper till you get the exact fit you are looking for, then compare your template with the sizes listed here. The BML Full Foot Lifts are available in three different sizes, two different thicknesses, and three different densities - a total of 18 variations. Sizes - Small, Medium, Large - noted in maximum dimesions (see image) Large - 4-3/8"x12-1/8" Medium - 4-3/8"x11" Small - 3-7/8"x9-3/4" Densities - The material comes in three different densities, color coded. Red (D60) - Very firm with little give. Surface is low friction, almost slick. Brown (D40) - Soft, with plenty of yield under impact, yet supportive. Surface is high friction, almost non-slip. Our most popular style. Gray (D20) - Super soft, almost gel-like. Material surface is very high friction, feeling almost tacky.
