Directions1 : Remove original manufacturer insole from shoes or boots. Gently slide and press the SoleAid orthotic insole into the corresponding shoe. The new insole will fit snug in most closed toe shoes. Laces may need loosened and adjusted with new insole in place.
Directions2 : In some instances the SoleAid insole may be marginally larger than the original factory insole of your shoes. If the insole is too long or wide, some light scissor trimming may be required to fit. If trimming is needed, use the original maufacturer's insole as a template. Trace a trim line before making any modifications.
