Q: Is it dimmable?
A: when connect the lights to a 12v dc linear dimmer switch, yes, they could be dimmable

Q: Why I get a flicker/dim/no light up?
A: don’t worry, please check the following points:
1.voltage, our lights are for 12 volt dc system only, above 12volt will damage the light
2.dc system, ac system is not good for them, 12v dc is perfect!
3. make sure wires are matched up to outlet wires, red wire as positive, black one as negative

Q: How can I use them at home voltage?
A: they are 12 volt DC only. If you wanna use them at home, please connect the lights to a transformer with 12 volt DC output, let these lovely energy-saving lights also light up your home
