How to choose the right size of knee brace for you
First , Thigh sizing guide measure 15cm/6inches above the medial condylar plateau.
Second , Calf sizing guide measure 12cm/5inches below the medial condylar plateau.

How to adjust the range of motion hinge
It does not restrict knee movement excessively. It provides flexibility and mobility. Its dynamic hinges and adjustable stops allow for controlled flexion and extension within a range of 0-90 degrees, providing stability while enabling natural knee motion. Extension limitation at: 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 40°, Flexion limitation at: 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°.
First, Use a screwdriver to removes screws for inserting flexion/extension stops.
Second, Take off the existing stop and insert new plug-in stops, which are desired flexion/extension.
Finally, Put the screws back. Be sure that screws are seated and snug.
For example it can be bent with 0°-45° when inserting the 0° peg in the front ,45° peg in the back. But it can't fixed just at an angle,For example it can't fixed in the bending of 30 degrees.
