Made of special technology, the oil inlet has a closed device, which is suitable for sampling liquid petroleum products at surface and medium depth of tanks,

containers, tankers, oil tankers, pipelines under normal pressure and normal environmental temperature (oil safety temperature).

Working principle:

It is used for sampling in the middle and upper part of oil tank. With the use of electrostatic rope,

the spring cap of the sampler can be lifted at the required liquid level height, and the medium can enter the sampler.

Note:

When sampling flammable and explosive liquid, please use anti-static cotton rope.

Instructions:

1. One end of the anti-static sampling rope shall be firmly grounded, and the other end shall be firmly connected with the controllable sampler;

2.Touch the tank by hand before sampling to eliminate static electricity;

3.Drop the sampler at a constant speed (no more than 1 m/s) to the place where the sample is to be collected.

When it reaches the liquid level of the sample to be taken, try to look out for the electrostatic sampling rope and control the opening of the bottle mouth of the sampler.

When there is no bubble, the controllable sampler is put forward, and the sample can be transferred to complete the collection of samples.

After the sampling is completed, the samples will be dried and stored;

4.Try not to touch the metal tank when taking out the sampler to avoid electrostatic discharge;

5.During the whole sampling process, the sampler, anti-static sampling rope and grounding point

must be firmly connected to conduct and remove static electricity smoothly.
