With a maximum viewing distance of 50 feet, these low maintenance silver glow-in-the-dark exit signs are perfect for situations where a wired solution is not viable.
These photoluminescent exit signs must be installed indoors where light is readily available. Photoluminescent exit signs are still code compliant even if your building shuts off the lights at night, because they only need light when the building is occupied.

Installation

This a single-sided, wall (surface) mounting exit sign. For proper installation make sure this photoluminescent exit sign is located near an external light source with at least a minimum of 5 foot-candle (54lux) illumination of unfiltered metal halide, fluorescent, mercury vapor, or LED charging light to ensure it is charged and will glow in the dark for at least 90 minutes after a power outage.
